How do I book my first lesson?

Browse tutors on the Tutors page, pick one that matches your language and budget, and choose an available time slot. You'll pay securely at checkout and receive a confirmation with your video call link.

Can I cancel or reschedule a lesson?

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your lesson for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours may not be refundable, depending on the tutor's policy.

How are tutors verified?

Every tutor sets up a profile with their teaching languages, experience, and an introduction. Reviews from past learners help you choose the right fit before booking.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking.

How do I become a tutor?

Click "Become a Tutor" in the navigation bar, complete your profile with the languages you teach and your rate, and once approved you'll appear in search results for learners.

What if I'm not happy with my lesson?

Reach out to our support team and we'll help resolve it, whether that means a refund, credit, or matching you with a different tutor.
