Teaching code of conduct

This code of conduct outlines what we expect from every tutor on LingoXP. It exists to keep lessons safe, professional, and valuable for every learner.

1. Professionalism

Treat every lesson as a professional commitment. Be prepared, dress appropriately, and use a quiet, well-lit space for your video calls.

2. Punctuality

Join lessons on time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, give your learner as much notice as possible through the platform.

3. Respect and inclusivity

Treat all learners with respect regardless of their background, ability, or pace of learning. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.

4. Communication

Keep all communication with learners on the LingoXP platform. Respond to messages and booking requests in a timely manner.

5. Honesty

Accurately represent your teaching experience, qualifications, and availability on your profile.

6. Reporting violations

If a learner violates this code, or if you experience any issue during a lesson, report it to our support team immediately at support@lingoxp.com.
